TINY MIX TAPES review JUDAS EP

"It’s time to get organized. Let’s get a flow going. Is it lunch? How does one even forget a wallet, like? Where is this wallet, even? Then SDF goes off in a cold-vein that you’ve been mooding out to, especially after work, feeling the summer start to die. Fucking brown leaves on the ground already, it’s impossible. And as Judas creeps up on your heartburn like antacid to the rescue, a merely minuscule Monday appears as another day in paradise. Non-stop. Even the side-B begins a bit of warm-up style stuff, but the sound is max’d, and then spun back into a frenzy of beat-eccentric, step-taken back. Not goth, and certainly not nu-wave, SDF is more like that half-kick shoulder shrug you’ve been doing all morning, and Judas just provides the soundtrack. Feel it below and grip the tape over at Good Food Tapes and Zines." C Power
